To ensure the long-term stability and performance of our services, we will be performing essential maintenance on one of our primary transport lines to Amsterdam on April 24, 2026. This work was scheduled on short notice and is critical for improving the overall resilience of our infrastructure.
The maintenance window is scheduled between 00:00 and 06:00 (CEST/UTC+2). We anticipate that the actual impact period will last no longer than 2 to 3 hours. During this time, you may experience intermittent packet loss or reduced bandwidth. To minimize any disruption, we will proactively reroute traffic through our Frankfurt network PoP for the duration of the work.
We understand that a similar maintenance occurred recently on March 20, 2026. We sincerely apologize that this additional work is necessary just before the completion of our network expansion.
Looking ahead: Construction on our new, redundant dark fiber connection to the Digital Realty site in Dusseldorf is nearing completion and remains on track for a May launch. Once this new PoP is operational, we will have the capacity to fully bypass the impact of such maintenance windows in the future.
